I looked into each. I didn’t want Clerics to get into the Fire domain; I kind of like them - theme-wise - fighting with Light and Divine energy. And Wall of Thorns plays too closely to either Mages (who already have wall spells) or Druids (who would naturally enjoy playing with thorns).
