In preparation for judging the relative power of new clerics as opposed to devotional-clerics, I pulled down some logs and have been playing with them in Excel. The following figures are from the 12 months between June 1, 2007 and May 31, 2008, and include some 13,000 entries.

I wish I could just play an entire boot....not that I would get up there like that but damn I want to play one uninterrupted, no connection problem, no toddler, no wife calling for me boot. Actually I want to play 2 boots one to set up and one to rock!

It doesn’t break it down per hour....

And come on who can play a newb a full boot?...it drives me nuts to play one for an hour!

i play one while surfing the net or doing other things like house work, yard work, or xbox360
but i couldnt just put 100% of it into playing a newbie, its like a fighter without battlecry!

Don’t post them, I don’t think the world needs to see how bad Heimy really is as a player. Last time I checked, level 10 players had a better XP\Hour than he did

What! I am a BEAST! Heimy wouldn’t give you a true picture anyway. Go for the cleric. Zarekh has some appreciable xp per hour...not for a whole boot though ‘cause I never get to play one....mutter.

I sorted the spreadsheet by Total XP in a boot and then searched for “Heimdall” ...

#730: Heimdall, level 21, barbarian, 61 kills for 50,696 xp, averaging 831 xp per kill

That’s a pretty decent average!
