Sigh...soemthign must be wrong with the universe...I guess I will have to stop buggin’ Tarmon to code soemthing.  I am sure that there is something else I can harass him about.  Aha!  Get a mage to cast a portal to Tarmon and invisiblity on me...then proceed to steal cool items out of his workshop.  Tarmon, I need you remove all the anti-travel code surroundign your workshop and make cool items appear at the boot, specificalyl cleric and barb items.

Ok, heimy i’ll code up aspecial treat for ya.  I’ll modify the peasant to followyou whereever you go and only say “your a wimp, get back to the sewers”.  i’ll add a few of my other classic lines to him.

Now the kicker would be what ever damage you do to him, or that he sufferes in battle, will be directed at you.  Now that is something that would inspire me to code

Dang peasants!  How will I raise the cash for a clan hall now.  I did play the barb yesterday and remembered that it is a lot easier to corpse run and make cash with a barb instead of a cleric.  DOH!  I thne read on and realized that I might want a guard or two and that is gonna cost me money .. along with an alarm ...and all of it comes with continual upkeep.  This clan business is goign to take continual upkeep and I am goign to actually have to process and smelt more.....mutter.

hey hoax, how bout a game status on the header of the website?  red/green light, up/down, whatever that appears up there with the main links

I was actually thinking about doing that, but the website would have to reside on the same box as the game.

couldn’t you do a query with the java app.. if it connects.. green if fail red.

I’ve tried.  The java app is very unstable.  It would be red 50% of the time - at least.
