Moral Decay has a long standing history of player-formed groups which have served many purposes over the years. These were always informal and unrecognized by the wizardry. These groups often added lots of dynamic behavior to the player community.
Recognizing that the regrowth of the player base will also lead to the formation of more such groups, we have instituted a formal “clan” system. Under this system players who meet certain criteria can form a clan and then induct other members. For more info, hunt down Francis, the wandering traveler in Indel.
As of this writing (Dec 2006) this system has entered its third phase but is still under ongoing development. Expect changes and enhancements over the next few years. Noteworthy clans include Danes, Hawaiians, HSC, Darkside, The Mob, OSM, Demons, CFH and Legio Luciferum.
