Attack Level Weapons

-Feint (10) any 1-handed weapon

Cost: 3
Lunging quickly at his opponent, the fighter may knock him off balance that later attacks may hit more easily.  This form has no penalty when parrying.

-Sweep (10) any weapon

Cost: 5
An experienced fighter may perform several attacks at a series of less experienced enemies. This skill works better with a 2-handed weapon of any type, but can be performed with any weapon. The group tactics skill will add a signific improvement to this ability. Sweep basically lets you do one hit to each enemy you’re attacking per round.

Doing sweep against many weak foes is an easy way to train.

-Haft Tap (11) 1h-swords, 1h-axes

Cost: 2
Moving quickly, the fighter may bash a nearby opponent with the haft of his weapon.  This type of attack is most useful against medium sized humanoids.

-Dagger Falls (12) knives

Cost: 8-11
As inevitably as a body is drawn towards sharp stones beneath a steep waterfall, the quick slashes of Dagger Falls will find their marks in the enemy’s flesh.  This attack is particularly effective against smaller humanoids and animals.

This attack is a multiple hit attack.

-Drum roll (12) 1h-clubs

Cost: 8-11
Weapon: Two clubs
The fighter unleashes a long series of low damage hits which drum across his enemy’s body.  This attack is particularly effective against spiders, insects, and faeries.

-Shieldbash (13) shields

Cost: 2
During combat, the fighter may bash his enemy with a shield, doing light damage and knocking him off balance for a short period of time. This attack has a bonus if the fighter is parrying.

-Overhead (14) 2h-swords, 2h-clubs, 2h-axes

Cost: 6
The fighter raises his weapon high overhead, bringing it down for an incredibly powerful strike against his enemy’s upper body.

-Straight Jab (14) 1h-clubs

Cost: 5
By preparing his attack and waiting for the correct opportunity, the fighter may jab quickly forward with his weapon with a high assurance of success.

-Trip (14) polearms

Cost: 5
Using the long reach of the polearm to his advantage, a fighter may trip the legs of an enemy, damaging his legs and stunning him for a period of time.

-Wrist Slash (14) knives

Cost: 5
With preparation, the fighter may dodge an incoming blow and slash his attacker’s wrist with a possibility of disarming the attacker.  This attack has a bonus if the fighter is parrying.

-Half Moon (15) 1h-swords, 1h-axes

Cost: 5
Useful when fighting multiple opponents.  The fighter knocks one nearby enemy with a shadow feint with the haft of his weapon to open the combat area, then lunges quickly towards a second enemy with a medium damage attack.

-Bloody Butcher (16) 2h-axes

Cost: 6
By focusing his energies, the fighter may launch a devastating blow against the opponent in a swift chop.  As with all attack forms with axes, the Bloody Butcher will do additional damage to the target’s armour.  This
attack is particularly effective against larger humanoids.

-Fierce Jab (16) 2h-clubs

Cost: 8
Similar to, but much faster than an overhead bash, the weapon is swung quickly from overhead but ‘chambered’ at the last moment to jab towards the target’s upper body.  This attack is particularly effective against humanoid
undeads, golems, and some flying creatures.

-Florentine lunge (16) knives and swords

Cost: 7
Using the two weapons, the fighter may parry aside his opponent’s defenses, lunging for a strong attack.

-Jaxx Flash (16) 2h-swords

Cost: 4
With extreme focus the fighter may launch a powerful attack with blinding speed--almost impossible to dodge or parry.  A variety of creatures such as centaurs, driders, demons, and angels have been known to be fearful of this attack.

-Spinning Fury (16) polearms

Cost: 11
Focusing his energies, the fighter may launch a series of calculated blows against a single enemy, using both the haft and point of the weapon.

-Buckler Waltz (17) shields

Cost: 3
Using a light shield to knock an enemy’s defenses aside, a fighter may quickly assault his enemy while exposing himself to minimal damage. This attack has a bonus if the fighter is parrying.

-Mad Chop (17) 1h-axes

Cost: 7
The fighter lets out a short burst of extremely high-powered attacks with his best wielded hand which may leave him drained for one to two rounds.  As with all attack forms with axes, the Mad Chop will do additional damage to the target’s armour.  It has also been noted that largeranimals are even more defenseless against escaping this flurry.

-Bladedance (18) 2h-swords, 2h-axes

Cost: 11
This ability taxes the rigorous training and skill of the fighter to the maximum; in return for this sacrifice the fighter unleashes a deadly series of quick strikes against his opponent.

-Harsh Wind (18) 1h-sword with shield

Cost: 5
Sweeping nimbly with his sword, the experienced fighter protects himself with his shield as he launches a strong combination of attacks against an enemy or pair of enemies.  The Harsh Wind is most effective while the fighter is parrying.

-Heart Thrust (18) polearms

Cost: 9
By waiting for an opening in an enemy’s defenses, a fighter may make a hard thrust with his polearm to strike the body.  Legless creatures such as snakes, fish, and blobs are particularly easy to manhandle with this attack.

-Rabid Wallop (18) 2h-clubs

Cost: 9
With poise and patience, the fighter may wait for the perfect time to charge his opponent.  The fighter, in charging, becomes so intenton his target that he seems to take leave of his own sense of self-preservation, taking on the persona of a rabid wolf.  Once inside his enemy’s defenses, the fighter may launch a devastating attack
against the body.

-Leading Blade (19) 1h-sword with any

Cost: 10-13
A fighter brandishes his blade in his good arm and begins
laying forth a series of attacks with such skill that any weapon may be used in the off hand.

-Dragon Slayer (19) 1h-sword,2h-axe,2h-sword,polearm

Cost: 9
A fighter is a natural born dragon killer with these weapons and this attack, good only against dragons, is very devastating.

This special is very slow, it does not occur very often.
