Necromancer


 

Because Necromancers keep their abilities closely guarded and are extremely secretive, there is not much known about their abilities or powers. However, once in the fold even a fledgling necromancer will be handed tibits and hints by their elders, to help them attain a greater understanding of death.

Necromancers are evil beings, spellcasters devoted to the black art of raising and controlling undead servants. They are very secretive by nature, and the whereabouts of the class hall is a highly guarded secret.  Necromancers are primarily spellcasters, and are very weak at combat; because of their scholarly upbringing necromancers are limited to what armours and weapons they can use.

Noteworthy Necromancers: Rose, Mephisto, Darkchild, Asmira, Hoax, Timmay, Lythas and Holneisha

Pros:
-strong for level
-fast healing rate
-ability to create undead beasts
-undeads are very strong
-good party member for monks/thieves
-can be a spell-caster/melee-fighter/summoner
(but not really all 3 at once)

Cons:
-requires darkness to heal/use spells efficiently
-requires certain alignment
-loss of exp (very huge amount of exp!) if undead dies
-limited in armours and weapons
-not many combinations
e.g. cant use limbs together with summons/spells
(no acolytes or summons due to controlling limbs)
-limited to focusing on spell casting or fighting
(acolytes vs summons)
