Classing is when a character goes to one of the 8 classes in MD and decides to join that profession to gain its unique abilities. To class one needs two of the primary class stats to be at a certain level as well as the character himself to be a certain level. There are certain classes where its better to wait and amass exp before classing.

e.g. monk and mage among others.
