Equipment in moral decay is either, armours or weapons and can be gained by either buying it from an armour smithing guild and weapon smithing guild (see guilds) or else you can get equipment from NPCS, however it should be known that equipment made by normal men (such as players) have a limit, while other equipment fround from npcs maybe go beyond that limit.
